REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued. REFUNDS/RETURNS are NOT available due to time spent customizing but please message us if you have any problems with your order. You will always get a proof after designing and at that time you can approve or make changes.
Digital items: No refunds for any digital. However, please message us if you need help with downloading your file. We have no problem emailing you the template or design, if needed.
