Returns Policy

REFUNDS/RETURNS are NOT available due to time spent customizing but PLEASE message me if you have any problems with your order.

If you need help with your order, please Contact Us with your order number and details. 


We ship all over the US only. Orders will ship USPS & UPS depending on the items/quantity ordered. Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages due to carrier. However, please let us know if any of these issues shall happen and we will help as mush as possible.


Processing is 3 to 4 weeks so please order in advance! Rush is available if needed sooner. Add the rush fee listing to your cart with date of event.


Can I add a picture and where do I send it?

Yes, you can add a picture but it must be a clear picture, no screen shots, or pictures of a picture. You send to

Do you provide the snacks/drinks?

Yes, we provide most snacks. If its says "labels" then its just labels only. For example, water labels, or gatorade labels.

Can I pickup my order if local?
